B.Sc Consumer Sciences programmes

The 3-year B.Sc. Consumer Sciences program includes modules such as consumer behaviour, consumer purchasing practices and resource management, introduction to the fashion industry, textiles, consumer orientated foods and new product development processes.  The combination of these modules plus all the other modules enables the student to work in the retail, manufacturing or tourism industries.

The Consumer Sciences program also provides the prospective student with the opportunity to combine Tourism or Business management with Consumer Sciences.

The post graduate programmes are exclusively focused to allow the student to specialise within the core components of Consumer Sciences (Foods, Clothing, Resource Management or Interior design).
